Your Inner Mind



Your Inner Mind is right here for you to use. It's part of you. People who learn how to use it or just naturally know how to use it go on to do amazing things. How did Einstein come up with all his theories?

How It Thinks: First it thinks in the present so you need to talk to it in the present. Second the Inner Mind weighs the positives and negatives and the stronger wins out. I can't quit smoking vs. I can quit smoking. The Inner Mind will then do everything possible to make the stronger belief come true.

It Needs Direction: Both minds need to agree on the long range direction and goals. The conscious mind needs to be in the drivers seat making the necessary adjustments to the Inner Mind as you go thorough your busy day.

It Influences the Body: The Inner Mind influences and directs the body. How and to what degree remains to be discovered. The Body influences the Mind. Manic-depression and Alzheimers are examples.

It Exists: And since it does we need to study it.

What else is in the Inner Mind? Telepathy, Move objects, Cure Disease! We don't know. Who wants to know?

Please sit or lay down in a quiet area.
Say peace self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
Now bring your awareness to your feet.
Anything hurting, weak or needs attention.
If hurting ask: What can I do?
Next move up to your calves, thighs, butt, back etc.

You can ask other questions.
How can I make my calf muscles stronger?
How can I make my belly smaller?
What does this area need?
At the end say: I take good care of body. Repeat.


Weight Reduction Tip    

 

No Mercy
If you eat real good all week then pig out Saturday night. There is no mercy. What you ate on Saturday could wipe out all the gains you made during the week. Remember this at all times.
