 How To Change Your Mind


This is the $64,000 question. You already want to do something but you get doubts, thoughts and desires that hold you back. The Inner Mind needs to be changed. We need to start here.

The Inner Mind does not know the consequences of what it does or what it doesn't do. It doesn't understand that if you smoke for 30 years you could get lung cancer. It doesn't even sense or feel that when you smoke you are inhaling hot burning gases that burn your throat and lungs and poison your body. It just wants to smoke!

What we want is for the Inner Mind to feel the hot burning gases go down your throat and lungs as you smoke.

The first step is to figure out what the consequences are for your personal situation. Examples: If you eat too much you gain weight. If you skip your study period you could score less on your exam.

EXERCISE
Smoking: When you smoke become more aware of the smoking. Before you smoke do strong self hypnosis to see feel the smoke burning your throat and lungs. Become more aware of the ashes and butts, how you smell and what people think of you. Then smoke if you have to.

Weight Loss: When you are considering eating a bag of donuts visualize the donuts going down to your stomach where they turn into fat and your belly grows bigger. Look at yourself without clothes in a full length mirror.

Do this for whatever you want to change.

Asking Questions
Say peace self hypnosis:
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
Say your question 2 - 3 times. Put them into seeds and plant them in your garden (Inner Mind). Now listen and watch. Insight can come at any time especially upon awakening in the morning. Keep doing this often until you get answers.
