 The Inner Mind


Critical thinking is in the conscious mind. This is the part that tells you 2+2=4 and whether something is true or false. The Inner Mind does not have critical thinking. It does not have critical thinking which means it can not tell if something is true or false. It will accept ideas and beliefs that are totally false. Think stage shows when the person quacks like a duck. This is why the Conscious mind has to give it direction and take charge.

Here is an example of accepting something that is false. Today is Friday the 13th. I feel a tiny bit wary today. I know it's just another day but a tiny part of me is anxious. Superstitions have been passed down thorough the centuries and get stuck in a tiny part of our Inner Mind. They make no sense today and are false.

Why the split into the Conscious and Inner Minds? Awareness is finite. It is only so big. The Mind keeps learning more, makes more and more memories, more habits, emotions get more developed, etc. The Mind can no longer fit all of them into awareness. So it splits. The Inner Mind moves to the back in most people and the Conscious mind usually dominates awareness.

A person who is overweight gets feelings, messages and maybe cravings for food. Their Inner Mind is out of control in the area of eating. It wants sweets, chocolate, sodas right now. You fight it off with willpower. Hypnosis brings the Inner Mind into awareness where you and the Hypnotist can add positives and remove negatives so the positives are in control. You then start losing weight

You need answers. First come up with a question.
How can I attract more smokers?
Say peace self hypnosis:
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
Say your question 2 - 3 times. Put them into seeds and plant them in your garden (Inner Mind). Now listen and watch. Insight can come at any time especially upon awakening in the morning. Keep doing this often until you get answers.

Weight Loss Tips   

 

I Hate/I Love 

The Inner Mind does not get the consequences of what is does. It doesn't get that if we keep eating too much we will gain weight. It doesn't get it. We want to start telling it the truth of overeating.  

 

We want to move toward you hating being overweight and you loving losing weight. We are persuading your Inner Mind to hate being overweight and to love losing weight. I think every overweight person already hate being overweight and would love to lose weight. Once the Inner Mind hates being overweight it becomes easier to lose weight.
