Some people are very happy. Others are not. Some people have a good life. Some have a hard life. The purpose of this blog is to help everyone have more happiness.    

 

Garry's Definition  

of Happiness 

 

The Inner Mind can send you peace, strength, inspiration, confidence, fun, ideas, love and happiness. 

OR

It can send you doubts, cravings, anger, bad memories, tiredness and unhappiness.  

 

Most times something triggers it, getting an ipad2, hearing an old song you loved, coming home to family. Then your inner mind sends you the happy feelings which you feel as being happy.  

   

I believe that happiness comes from the Inner Mind sending you peace, strength, joy, love, fun and happy feelings.

Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.

See feel the earth beneath you.

See the sky...trees...whatever. 

Look at all the colors and shapes.

Perhaps feel a breeze.

Hear sounds.

How The Inner Mind Produces Happiness by Garry Waligore 

A baby has a conscious mind in its awareness and an unconscious mind not in awareness. The unconscious contains the deep programming and is unknown at present. As this child grows her conscious mind fills up with school, experiences, habits etc. It becomes too big for awareness and splits into the conscious and inner minds (subconscious). The conscious mind containing critical thinking usually dominates. The inner mind comes into your awareness often when angry, daydreaming, memories, sports.
