Are You Happy?

This is great when you are walking
Start with strong self hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
My chest and stomach are strong.
My back is strong.
Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.
See feel the earth beneath you.
See the sky...trees...whatever.
Look at all the colors and shapes.
Perhaps feel a breeze.
Hear sounds.
Say: I am happy...I am happy
