Some people are very happy. Others are not. Some people have a good life. Some have a hard life. The purpose of this blog is to help everyone have more happiness.    

 

Garry's Definition  

of Happiness 

 

The Inner Mind can send you peace, strength, inspiration, confidence, fun, ideas, love and happiness. 

OR

It can send you doubts, cravings, anger, bad memories, tiredness and unhappiness.  

 

Most times something triggers it, getting an ipad2, hearing an old song you loved, coming home to family. Then your inner mind sends you the happy feelings which you feel as being happy.  

   

I believe that happiness comes from the Inner Mind sending you peace, strength, joy, love, fun and happy feelings.

Reasons To  

Shift Awareness    

   

During daily life the conscious mind dominates awareness. You are working, driving around town, eating or hanging with family and friends. You do not have access to your inner mind. To get the happy feelings from your inner mind you need to bring your inner mind into awareness a little. 

 

Both minds can share awareness. You can shift the mix whenever you want by moving the inner mind into awareness or out of awareness. During daily life the best mix is mostly conscious and a little inner mind. This allows you to tap into the resources of the inner mind.   

 

Five Reasons To Shift Awareness 

 

Insight - Your inner mind knows you from your birth and has access to the big picture. For example you can get insight about why you are eating at night.  

 

Add positives - Give yourself clear strong directions. Positives become stronger than negatives and you get happy feelings. 

 

Remove negatives - Getting desires to eat cookies? Remove than and be so much happier. 

 

Answers - I'm stuck writing Chapter 7. I'm stressed at work. Get answers. Be Happy  

   

Happy Feelings -  As your inner mind comes into awareness you can trigger happy feelings.

 

The conscious mind takes charge using self hypnosis and taps into these happy feelings. Take note self hypnosis is just advanced willpower.

How The Inner Mind Produces Happiness by Garry Waligore 

A baby has a conscious mind in its awareness and an unconscious mind not in awareness. The unconscious contains the deep programming and is unknown at present. As this child grows her conscious mind fills up with school, experiences, habits etc. It becomes too big for awareness and splits into the conscious and inner minds (subconscious). The conscious mind containing critical thinking usually dominates. The inner mind comes into your awareness often when angry, daydreaming, memories, sports.

Memories are made up of good +++ ones and painful ---- ones. Habits are made up of good +++ ones and bad ---- ones. Emotions are made up of good +++ ones like love, confidence, empathy and made up of ---- ones like stress, anxiety, anger, disappointment.

 

Awareness is usually dominated by your conscious mind. When you are driving and hear a song from your past that you really liked good fuzzy feelings and memories will come into your awareness from your inner mind. Or your boss could say something and strong angry feelings come into your awareness from your inner mind. The inner mind can also send you thoughts and feelings like "I want a smoke" or feelings of confidence.

 

How It Thinks: The inner mind lacks critical thinking. This means it can not tell what is true or false. It is made up of positive and negative memories, emotions, habits etc built up over a lifetime. In a specific area if the ++++'s are stronger, they will send you strength, peace, confidence, ideas, determination which are happy feelings. You will be receiving happy feelings.

 

If the negatives -----'s are stronger they will bring doubts, tiredness, desires, confusion, "I want", anger, bad memories. Unhappy feelings


STRATEGY

  • Add ++++positives and remove ----negatives
  • Conscious mind take charge with self hypnosis
  • Realize that self hypnosis is advanced willpower
  • Move inner mind into awareness more often
  • Tap into the wisdom of inner mind 

BOTTOM LINE

You can increase your happiness a little day by day until it adds up to a big increase.
