What is my intent?  

Many people think that hypnosis is about going to a session and letting a hypnotist take you into a deep trance and do his thing to help you quit smoking or whatever. This is only part of it. The exciting part is you using self hypnosis during your day.  

 

People say: Have a good day. What we are talking about is building a good day. This lesson will help you set your mind before doing an activity. Using these simple self hypnosis exercises will help you do better at work, work out harder at the gym, love your family better and have a better life.  

 

Setting your Mind 

First determine your intention.  

Work  while walking to door and while working 

Usually your boss has a big say in this. 

I sell 1000 widgets.

I complete all my assignments.

I get to work on time.

 

Gym while walking to gym door and while working out

I finish my whole workout.

I bench press 250 pounds.

I spend 20 minutes on the treadmill.

 

Self Hypnosis Exercise 

a. Strong self hypnosis 

Say to yourself:

My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.

My chest and stomach are strong.

My back is strong.

**or you can use your own method.

 

b. I intent ................    Focus on activity. 

 

c. Give yourself a PEP Talk.  Just what it sounds like. 

    This is the next lesson.

 

Example - Coming Home From Work

After you get out of the car and are walking to front door.

1. Strong Self Hypnosis

2. My intent is to focus on my family and be loving to them.  example 

3. Pep Talk - Think about good times with them.

4. Open door walk in.
