How To Get Inspired
What keeps you going when the going gets tough? Inspiration and more inspiration. Where do you get it from? It comes from answering the question: What are the deep down reasons I want to achieve my goal? Inspiration comes from the Inner Mind.
How To Find Inspiration
At the top of a sheet of paper write:
My Goal is:
The Benefits are:

This is a start. Next we will use automatic writing which will help us get answers from the Inner Mind. We will use strong self hypnosis. Say to yourself: My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong. **or you can use your own method. Take your sheet of paper and start writing: I want to [put in goal] because... and just keep writing that sentence over and over until you get an answer. Then jot it down and start writing the sentence again. Do this 8 - 25 times until you get enough answers. I want to [lose weight] because... I want to [lose weight] because...people will believe I want to [lose weight] because... I want to [lose weight] because... get buffed I want to [lose weight] because... I want to [lose weight] because... I want to [lose weight] because...it will be over I want to [lose weight] because... I want to [lose weight] because... Do all of the above with your goal on a sheet of paper. Then pick out the 1 - 3 benefits that excite you the most. EXERCISE First do peace self hypnosis. Say to yourself: My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace.. Next see yourself reaching your goal. One after another see you exciting benefits come alive. Whenever you are struggling remember to do this visualization. A good idea is a couple of times during the day to stay inspired.
