What's My Future   


What do you want your Future to be? Family, job, body, money, education, habits, friends and other areas. What do you want? It's important to tell your Inner Mind what you want to happen in the future. The purpose of self hypnosis and hypnosis is to get your Inner Mind to accept what you want and then your Inner Mind will work to get you there.  

 

Today's exercise is to take a sheet a paper and write "My Future" at the top. Then write down the stuff you want to happen in the future. Write it all down. Whether you think its possible or not. Perhaps add more later.  

 

My Future

2 kids

PhD in Physics

32inch waist

bench press 250 pounds

Dogs

making at least $100,000 a year

...........and so on   

   

Now sit or lay down in a quiet area. First give yourself peace self hypnosis.

 

Say to yourself:

My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.

My chest and stomach are at peace.

My back is at peace.

**or you can use your own method.

 

Now look at the first item on your list and daydream about it happening. Then the next and so on. If one doesn't feel right eliminate it. You are influencing your future.  Continue thorough the whole list. Think about this during your day.
