Today's Step - Present & Future
First pick a goal, change or whatever to work on for this blog. Last issue we looked at the past. Today we will look at present and future. Sit or lay down in a quiet area. First give yourself peace self hypnosis.
Say to yourself:
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
**or you can use your own method.
PRESENT
Look at the present situation regarding your goal.
Quit Smoking Example: How much do you usually smoke per day? Do you cough a lot in the morning? Do you have any medical conditions from smoking? What does your family say?
Weight Loss Example - How much do you weigh? Do you eat a lot of junk food? How do you look naked in the mirror? What about exercise?
Take an inventory of where you are today. Don't pull any punches.
FUTURE
What future do you want? Start today. See yourself starting down the path of achieving your goal. You can do it!
EXERCISE
Look at your present situation and then determine what future you want. Officially start today. See yourself starting down the path to achieving your goal.
This should take less than 5 minutes or so. Then continue to think about it when you have time. Also do Today's Question below.
