Today's Step
First pick a goal, change or whatever to work on for this blog. Let's take a close look at your history in this area. Sit or lay down in a quiet area. First give yourself peace self hypnosis.
Say to yourself:
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
**or you can use your own method.
Look at your Past in relation to the goal or change. When did this start. Why? What did you do in the past to take care of it. Lets take a close look at the last few months. What was going on then? Now see feel yourself achieving your goal or making the change. You can do it!
Example: Find a Job - Look at the times in your life when you lost a job then found another. How did you find a new one. Now see feel yourself at your last job. Now being let go. Let those feelings come up and float away. Take a quick look at all that has happened since then. Now see yourself getting a job. You can do it!
Example: Weight Loss - See feel yourself going back in time to when you first started gaining weight. Look at this younger you. Now relax and observe your weight history as you get older. Noting when you gained weight and when you lost. Now look at the last time you were at a good weight. What was going on that you started gaining? Reflect on how being overweight impacted your life. Now see yourself losing weight. You can do it!
EXERCISE: Do the above. It should take less than 5 minutes. Then continue to think about it when you have time. Also do Today's Question below.
