Greetings!

braveheart viewI was recently interviewed on the amazing internet show "A Braveheart View", which is all about inspiring women to live their greatest lives.  The show is hosted by the amazing Ellie Drake, Marla Maples (Trump's ex), Rolanda Watts (who has her own TV show) & news anchor Suzanne Sena.

They asked me to come on and talk about how to "Lose the last 10-20 Stubborn Pounds", and basically tell my personal story.  It was an amazing, and inspirational experience. You can watch it if you join the free social group called Brave Heart Women by clicking the link below.

Question From A Reader: Prenatals Just For Pregnancy?Bridgett

Q: Hi Rose, Are prenatals just for pregnant women?  And do u know a great brand for prenatals? I have a friend that is newly expecting.

~ Bridget Schoeffel
www.Bridget.MyArbonne.com

A: No, prenatals are not just for pregnant women, however they are more formulated more for women, so men should find something better suited for them.

Lots of women take prenatals because they are so rich in nutrients, or If they plan on trying to get pregnant in the future.

Yes, I do know of a good brand.  The best one is from a company called Biotics Research, and they're just called "Prenatal Packs".

BUT, Biotics Research doesn't sell to the public or on the internet, so you have to call this number below and give them this code to open your own account.

Why are these prenatals better?

Because they're pharmaceutical strength, and they're reasonably priced too.  They're typically only available from integrative doctors or certified nutrition coaches, and WAY better quality and value then what you can get in a supermarket, or even by prescription from your typical western doc.

I would also recommend that she take (and everyone else for that matter) a good multi-mineral as well though.  Most women that are expecting are dangerously low in minerals, which is why it's common to have leg cramping.

An awesome multi-mineral from Biotics is called Multi-mins, and an average size person would take 3 tablets per day in divided doses with meals.

And the good thing is, once you have your own account with Biotics you can order whenever you want too.

Ingredients:
4 Cups water
2 lemons, juiced

Green Goodness Organic Rose Tonic Facial

Laura KleinRelease impurities, unclog pores, and remove whiteheads and blackheads with this steamy facial.

You can usually find them at your local farmers market or nursery.  And of course, you can always grow your own!

You will be using hot water, so take extra care when handling.

Healing Ingredients:

1 cup fresh organic rose petals
1 gallon of distilled or purified water

Additional Tools:

1 large glass or ceramic bowl
1 bath towel
1 small spray bottle

How To:

Place water in a medium pan over medium high heat. Bring water to a high simmer or low boil. Place rose petals in bowl. After water has come to a high simmer, pour over rose petals.

While sitting down, either in the bathroom or at your kitchen table, place bowl in a position in front of you, either on a counter top or table, so you can lean over it.

Cover your head with a towel, lean over the bowl and allow your face to absorb the vapors of the rose tonic facial. Steam your skin for approximately 15 minutes.

Caution! If water is very hot, keep your face at least 12 inches away from the water. Pat face dry and apply a light organic moisturizer of your choice.

Allow the rose-infused water to cool. To intensify the rose fragrance, add a few drops of geranium or rose essential oil.

Pour the leftover tonic into a spray bottle and use it as a skin re-hydrating mist, room spray, furniture spray, or spritz on your clothes and linens when ironing!
