Superfood Live Chili
Ingredients:

1 cup
avocado
3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water for
3-4 hours
1/2 cup soaked
almonds (Soaked
almond recipe)
1/2 cup
carrots, diced
½
cup fresh cilantro, de-stemmed
1/4 cup
lime juice
1 1/2
tablespoons Celtic salt (www.TryVRP.com)
1/2 tablespoons
chili spice
1 tablespoons
dried cilantro
1/2 tablespoon
cumin
1/2 tablespoon
cayenne
1/2 tablespoon
paprika
Directions:
Combine soaked
almonds, avocado, lime juice, tomatoes, and tomato soak water in blender and
mix on high until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except fresh cilantro
and carrots and mix for additional minute. Stir in carrots and fresh cilantro
and serve immediately.
This
recipe is great in tacos, burritos, on a tostada before you add the toppings,
as a chip of veggie dip, or just by itself. |
