I used my time in Jackson
Hole, WY to get out and enjoy nature. I'm not really a skiing kind of
gal, so I thought I'd try out snow shoeing. It was amazing and really
helped me gain some clarity on what is important in life.

"The Hidden Cause Of Stomach Aches, Gas, and Bloating" |
I featured this topic on my radio show last week, and had such a huge response, I wanted to get this out to you again.
It may not be what you think. When Linda came to me, she occasionally suffered from indigestion, from what she thought was due to high stomach acid. What she didn't
know was that the food allergies, depression, dry skin, and rosacea on

Non-Dairy Sour Cream
This sour cream is super healthy, it's raw and it's non-dairy! Beause all of the energizing enzymes from the nuts are intact it will really juice you up, energy-wise. It tastes great on tacos, burritos and black beans.
Ingredients:
1 cup macadamia nuts, unsoaked
½ cup sunflower seeds, soaked
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Celtic salt
Directions:
Soak sunflower seeds in filtered water for 24 hours in the fridge, then drain.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add more
lemon juice if you want it more thin.

Bill sustained a severe knee
injury over ten years ago that required reconstructive surgery on his left
