 The staff and volunteers of the American Transplant Foundation are hard at work raising awareness for the lifesaving  gift of organ and tissue donation. Read on to learn the latest news from the Foundation and about several of the new events and programs we have created to help increase organ and tissue donation in our country. Anastasia Darwish named Executive Director
The American Transplant Foundation welcomed Anastasia Darwish as executive director in February

Transplant Leadership Council
The Foundation announces a new way for professionals to get involved and save lives

 

Transplant Leadership Council In April 2011, the American Transplant Foundation revealed the Transplant Leadership Council, a group of dynamic professionals who dedicate their time, talent, and treasure to saving lives through the Foundation's Patient Assistance Program. Founding Co-Chairs Susan Fakharzadeh, Brad Farber, and Matthew Travis Tanner will kick off the new program with a special event at Jet Hotel on June 28th.
