Help Team Transplant reach 100 riders before the end of April!

2010 Team Transplant JerseyJoin us on Sunday, June 6th as we cycle the Elephant Rock Ride in Castle Rock, Colorado! We're riding to raise awareness for organ and tissue donation and to prove that transplant recipients and living donors can lead healthy, active lives. There are five great courses to choose from and required fundraising is just $50!

Please help us reach 100 team members by April 30th by registering and telling your friend about the team! The bigger our team, the better we can raise awareness. Plus, if you recruit three more members for Team Transplant, we'll give you a free team jersey!

Coleen's Story
Coleen donated two-thirds of her liver to save her brother's life.

Coleen, Liver Donor
"Becoming an organ donor was the 'rightest' thing I've ever done,' Coleen, a 53-year-old psychotherapist, says. "We all need to protect and fight for each other. If we don't, there will be no one left to fight for us when it's our turn to be in need.

I'm proud of my choices and my courage. I consider my scar my Badge of Honor."

This April, please remember to speak to your family and friends about your wishes to be an organ and tissue donor. If you know someone who would like to register as a donor, you can direct them to the Become a Donor page on the Foundation's website.

And if you have a Facebook profile, blog, or website, please consider posting a web banner from Donate Life America to spread the word about National Donate Life Month.

Thank you for supporting the American Transplant Foundation!

Warmly,

Heidi A Heltzel
