From the Pastor

Church Family,

I want to begin by thanking the Lord and every one of you who served and worked diligently to make our Easter services so special this year.  When it was all said and done, our final count was 554 serving and attending that day.  God is doing great things, and I'm convinced He is just getting started with us!

It was wonderful to worship our risen Savior together with old and new friends alike.  Our special guest, Monty Lane Allen, was a blessing to me personally, and after hearing from so many of you I know you feel the same.  If you would like to see a portion of the video we recorded during the 10:45 a.m. service, click here.  If you would like to see a few photos from that day you can click here.  If you have a photo you took at church with your family that day or a fun photo of your children at one of our egg hunts, email it to us at info@fellowshipofmontgomery.net, and we'll add it to our website.

I want encourage you to join us this Sunday for a new five week sermon series: Forgotten Virtues.  We will talk about Honor, Purity, Loyalty, Integrity, and Gratitude.  Are they gone?  Did we leave true character behind us somewhere long, long ago?  I hope to see you each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. as we discover what we can do to restore these Forgotten Virtues.

May the Lord bless you,

Pastor Dale

On Wednesday nights our student ministry starts at 6:30 p.m. and runs until approximately 8:00 p.m.  All 7th-12th grade students are invited to join us for Bible study, pizza, worship, and games.  Also be sure to Invite your friends to come and check us out on Wednesday nights as well.

We just started a news series entitled Hooked.  "Money. Sex. Pride. Drugs. Glory. The lure of temptation is strong, and all it takes is one bite to get hooked-sometimes for life. Temptation is everywhere! Even if you're not experiencing temptation at this moment, it will be knocking at your door in no time.  Students will  get a big-picture perspective on how God wants to help them deal with temptation."

Senior Sunday
Senior Sunday is May 22nd, and this is a day to honor all those who are graduating seniors.  If you would like to be a part of the service, please email Brian at brian@fellowshipofmontgomery.net.  Also, Brian will need 5-7 pictures of each senior, and one of these pictures must be a senior picture.
