Greetings!
I once again find myself thanking God for the amazing work He has done in and through His church.  It was such a blessing, last Sunday, to once again share with you the powerful message of the Cross and to experience those moments of worship during the Lord's Supper.  I stand in awe of our mighty and loving God.

I have noticed several of you taking the time to check out the new addition to our building.  The plans for this new space are to utilize it immediately as additional space for our children and student ministries.  In the not too distant future, I am convinced we are to construct another building specifically designed for our growing and exciting ministry to these children and their families.  At that point in time, this additional space will be incorporated into a larger area for us to worship.

Over the last few days, I have seen God do amazing things with this building we have added on to our facility.  I see people talking, and I hear people laughing.  They talk about big plans and God sized dreams... and you know what, they actually believe God can and will do amazingly wonderful things through the ministry of Fellowship of Montgomery.  I love their passion for the Lord, the little ones, and the lost.  Church family, eternity will never be the same because of what we are doing today!

Remember to tell someone about your church, and I look forward to seeing you Easter Sunday as we worship the Risen Savior, Jesus Christ!

May the Lord bless you,

Pastor Dale

Over the past few weeks we have been restructuring our small group ministry for students. Small Groups for Students are now on Monday nights at 7:30.  The guys meet at the Cooper's House, and the girls meet at the Roberson's House.

Flag Football
On Sunday, April 11th at 2:00 p.m. at the church, we will be having a flag football competition.  Anybody that would like to participate is welcome to attend.  Come on out as we have a fun time throwing around the pig skin!

Summer Beach Camp
This summer, we are going to Student Life Camp in Orange Beach, Alabama on June 21-25.  We will be taking a charter bus and staying in condos.  There are only a few spots left, so if your student is interested in going, please email Brian Roberson and brianjroberson@gmail.com.  The cost is $425, and this covers all expenses except meals on the road.  Partial Scholarships are available, and we will be doing a youth fundraiser on April 18th.

YOUTH FUNDRAISER
On April 18, we invite you to join us for our exciting Youth Auction.  We will be having a baked potato lunch, silent auction, and live auction.  We will also be auctioning off services for hire.  Please think about what you might be able contribute to the auction.  You can donate anything from vacation homes to golf passes and baked goods.  This event provides the majority of the funds necessary for our youth budget, and it will be used to fund Summer Camp, D-Now, 5th Quarters, Small Groups, and other student events.  If you would like to buy a ticket for the baked potato lunch, please see Brian Roberson or Gaynell Ross.

John GarrettWorship Leader
John Garrett was born and raised in The Woodlands, TX. Always being drawn to the Arts, John studied acting and music growing up.

After high school John joined the nationally renowned New Life Drama Company based in Tennessee. Being involved in full-time ministry, John drew closer to God, and his calling in life became even clearer. While serving with the NLDC, John spent his spare time teaching himself the guitar.

After a year of traveling with the NLDC, John came home and immediately plugged in to his local church serving in Youth Ministry. Then in 2004, John graduated from the Grace International Bible Institute.

In coming back to Texas, John reunited with old friends and started a worship band. 24HR Watch began playing at various churches and venues across Texas. In 2005 24HR Watch released their first album entitled "Only Desire" and had the privilege to open for Big Daddy Weave in concert.

In 2007, John Garrett became a worship pastor at a church in Magnolia, TX. While in Magnolia, John learned the importance of leading a congregation in worship on a weekly basis. Being in Magnolia for a year, John married his high school sweetheart Misti Gilstrap. John continues to write and record his music as he now looks forward to each new week serving at Fellowship of Montgomery.
