The DOCK
Ahoy parents! Beginning March 1, have your Kindergarten through 4th grade children join us in the DOCK (Disciples of Christ's Kingdom) each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. for worship, age-appropriate Bible teaching, crafts, activities, and a whole lot of fun! Children need to be signed in by a parent at the registration table at 10:40 a.m. and picked up immediately following the service. There is always room for more hands-on-deck, so if you would like to "set sail" and join the DOCK volunteer crew, please contact Christy Hall or Jennifer Van. A meeting for all current and prospective children's volunteers will be held at the church on March 8, at 6:30 p.m. Make plans to join us on God's amazing voyage for these young disciples.

Student Life Camp
Camp this year will be June 29 through July 3, on the beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. This will be the second year our youth have attended Student Life @ The Beach. As they will tell you, this camp offers top-shelf Bible study, beach volleyball tournaments (which we won our first year), and plenty of free time to hang out on the beach. The cost is $350, and all payments are due in the church office no later than May 17. A parent's meeting will take place on May 17 (more details on that soon). Sunday Morning Bible Study Group
Each Sunday morning, Guy Cooper leads an adult Bible study group that meets on our campus. Beginning March 1, this group will move upstairs and meet from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. For more information, please click here to email Guy and Jana. |
