So here below is the info for the upcoming October 22 and 23 classes.  They are two separate classes and you can take either or both if you like (discount for both see below)

October 22:  Meridians  9:30 am until 4pm

This is an intro class for meridians, what they are , how they work, muscle testing, food testing, how to clear the meridians, how to energize, de-stress, ground, mental clarity, just a few of what you will learn.   This class is also an introduction to Touch for Health if you decide to take it in the future.  This is a hands on class where you will learn to muscle test yourself and others.  A great intro class, no previous knowledge of meridians required.  A fun and casual atmosphere of learning and feeling great.  like two whole healing session!!!  There will be a lunch break of one hour around noon time. 

October 23:  Chakras   9:30 am until 4pm

This is an intro class for chakras, what they are, how they work, scanning and feeling energy, clearing your energy, environment, helping your body to de-stress and feel great.  This is a great class for those interested in energy healing and want to learn ways to help themselves and others.  will also learn how to choose the foods that work best for you and help your energy field vibrate healthy!!! introducing the benefits of meditation and how to meditate. this class too is like having two whole healing sessions.!!!!  there will be a lunch break of one hour around noon time.
