CISA Announces New President

The Council of International Students Australia (CISA) has recently elected Aleem Nizari as their new president. At CISA's national conference this month, Mr. Nizari ran a workshop for international students interested in leadership positions within their institutions and chaired a government panel. The Australian-American Fulbright Commission is pleased to announce that applications for the 2013 Anne Wexler Master's Scholarship in Public Policy are now open. Monash Tops Medicine

Named first in Australia for Pharmacy and Pharmacology

QS Top Universities has ranked Monash University as the best university in Australia and sixth best in the world for their programs in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Their programs in Law, Education, History, and Materials Science were also all ranked within the top 25 globally. National Student Leadership Forum

The National Student Leadership Forum is extending invitations to Australian students studying in the U.S. to attend this year's event. Hosted by members of Congress, the Forum will be held from 2-4 November in Washington D.C.
