My wife Jean wanted to expand our Lake Cumberland home. What a better way than use UBuildIt and Construction Management Associates!

This beautiful addition consists of a master bedroom suite with 16 ft vaulted pine ceilings, a large stone fireplace, master bath with walk-in closet. The bedroom has triple glass atrium doors opening into a warm room with finished wood and 14 windows for a wonderful woods view. The garage underneath is built for boat storage, has a carriage style OH door and a finished exterior accented with multi-colored stone.

Hello Friends,

The addition featured in this newsletter is a bit different because it belongs to my wife Jean and I.

I think this was a unique lesson that all builders should have. Being on the other side of the equation and in charge of your own home construction or renovation makes you appreciate the stress and strain that your clients go through during their builds.

We try very hard to relieve the stress and to try to make sure our clients have a bit of fun with their new home or remodel.
