Mike McCann came our our UBuildIt Home Building Seminar and decided to have us build an addition on their beautiful home is at 3557 Gloucester Drive in Westmoreland Estates off Versalles Road in Lexington.
 
Westmoreland is an older upscale developed subdivision in a great location where residents are comfortable udgrading their homes because the property values support the renovations and it is hard to find comparable properties around Lexington.
