New Screened-In Porch And Exterior Renovations
This project consisted of the removal of 700 sq ft of an existing brick porch. Once we removed the porch, we excavated against the foundation wall, tied steel and poured a concrete wall to repair the existing basement walls. We then poured a colored stamped concrete floor and built a new screened in room. We reworked the home roof drainage, replaced sidewalks and sealed brick. The exterior basement entrance had failing block retaining walls that we removed and replaced with new reinforced concrete walls covered with a colored dryvit finish.
Take a look below to see some pictures of this wonderful new living space that the Klees will be able to enjoy this spring and summer!
