Welcome to Construction Management Associates

Our project this month is an addition to the Grace Baptist Church in Frankfort KY. Believe it or not I built the original church with Henning and Henning Construction over 25 years ago. How time flies!

Pastor Lonnie Bennett was the Pastor 25 years ago and is the Pastor today. He saw one of our television commercials and gave us a call when they wanted a new drive through and vestibule on their beautiful church. Pastor Bennett was very active in helping us during the construction.

Hello Friends,

Many of you have worked with or knew Don Butterfield, a senior consultant in our office for the last 8 years.

I am happy to announce that Don has moved on and started his own new UBuildIt office in Wichita, Kansas. We wish Don the best of luck in his new adventure!

Even though the unemployment rate is still pretty high, the economy shows some real signs of turning the corner from the recession.

Luckily mortgage interest rates are lower than they will ever be in the foreseeable future.
