The Noorani's wanted to build their dream home on their property out Jacks Creek Pike right outside Lexington. They wanted the look of a cozy log cabin in the woods but did not want to pay the typical $140 per sq ft for a log home package. The answer...take a look at our solution. It is very energy efficient and cost effective, yet it is gives you an exact log home look and feel. 

The home is approximately 3,000sf with 1,500 on the first floor and 1,500 finished in the basement. With the finished space in the full poured concrete basement, it's a real value per square foot. The basement walkout on the rear of the house allows for plenty of air and light. There are four bedrooms, two upstairs and 2 down. There are two full baths one upstairs and one down.
