CMA"Wayne's World!"

Want to see the worlds largest house? See our feature article below. How much did it cost? Only 1,000 million!

This column has had a number of bad news briefs with the loss of some of  our subcontractors over the last year.

Unfortunately I have to continue...but hopefully this time with a better ending.

This week our masonry contractor, Brad Turner was involved in a very serious accident off of HWY 169 in Jessamine Co. He was hit almost head on by a large car hauler that overcorrected and ran into Brads lane during  a rain storm.

Brad suffered a broken bone that protruded from his arm, a broken foot and broken back with 3 cracked vertibrae. He is in the hospital and doing well considering his injuries.

On behalf of all of us, I would like to extend our  prayers to Brad and his family for his quick recovery.

Sincerely,

Wayne Henning/Owner

Indian Billionaire Moves in Worlds Largest House

Indian billionaire moves into $1 billion, 27-story home in
Mumbai

Apparently 22 stories weren't enough. Mukesh Ambani, chairman and director of Reliance Industries, and the world's fourth richest person, is now the proud owner of a 27-story residence in Mumbai, India, Building Design and Construction reported.

The "house," named Antilia after the mythical island in the Atlantic Ocean, will be home to Ambani, his wife, their three children and 600 full-time staff. Some of the niceties include three helipads, several swimming pools, a movie theater and a six-story, 160-car garage.

Murkesh's wife came up with the idea after visiting New York's Mandarin Oriental. Chicago's Perkins & Will, the hotel's designers, based the new home on the Hanging Gardens of Babylon and included hydroponic gardens and open green space between many of the floors.
