| The framers had a fun time getting this roof put together. As you can see, in this and the next picture, there are lots of "hips and gables" to work out. When you get them framed right to start out with... all the rest of the home comes together much easier.

| This home is located in an older well established high end subdivision Wellsley Heights. The lot is located a mile from Keeneland Race Track and the Lexington Airport and just another couple of miles from downtown Lexington. That significantly raised the appraised value of this wonderful home. |
