"In recognizing the humanity of our fellow beings, we pay ourselves the highest tribute"

~ Thurgood Marshall ~

Greetings!

We are just one month away from the 26th International Festival of Raleigh!

This year's Festival is packed with wonderful art 2011contributions in food, dance, music and FUN from our international communities - it's going to be a great time! Please help us spread the word by forwarding the Festival flyer to your friends.

On September 6, the Raleigh City Council will declare September INTERNATIONAL MONTH in the Festival's honor, and we will be partnering with some of our great local restaurants to present international dishes leading up to the Festival. Look for details on the International Festival Facebook page throughout September.

Be sure to join us for the Festival Kick-Off Party on September 22, hosted by Sitti and Gravy restaurants, to celebrate International Month, enjoy great hors d'oeuvres, win Festival tickets, and find out about our upcoming International Dining Club!

Very best wishes,to you and yours as we count down to September 30!

See you at the Festival!!!
