ADP "Client Close Up" ~ Tara Bautista

David Smallhouse with Charlie
Tara is a happy, creative, out going person. Diagnosed deaf at the tender age of 19 months she now has no problem expressing herself. She enjoys helping others in the Adult Day Program to learn sign language.

She enjoys traveling with her family. They have been to Canada, Washington D.C. and recently China. She was amazed by all the sights and enjoys sharing pictures and stories. Her travels have inspired her to create some beautiful pieces of art.

FS "Older Kids Club" Welcomes Colin

The Family Support Program is happy to announce an exciting new program... The Older Kids Club! David Smallhouse with CharlieStarting in January 2009 The O.K.C. will be offered to teenagers 13-16 years of age. Meeting the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 10am-1pm. Participants will enjoy games, art activities and field trips geared to their age group. Icing on the cake? These hours won't count against your allotted Respite hours.

Colin Peterson will be running the O.K.C show. Many of you already know Colin... he is the "Johnny Cash" of Arc often strumming a guitar or the "Michael Jordan" coaching children and the kid-at-heart Adult Day Program Instructor whose playful exuberance is a perfect match for the new O.K.C. program.
