Arc's 8th Annual Wine Tasting Extravaganza
Sunday June 1st, 2-4pm
Ahhh, summer in Chico is sunny skies, bike rides through Bidwell Park, almond blossoms and fun events like the Arc's 8th Annual Wine Tasting Extravaganza on Sunday June 1st at the Park Tower Pavilion.
This festive benefit offers a friendly atmosphere to enjoy delicious food from local chefs... like Spice Creek Cafe, Kwandos, Bustolini's Deli and Sierra Nevada Taproom to name just a few... plus a wide variety of fine wines from regional vineyards... like LaRocca, Grey Fox, Bertagna Sun Kissed, Naughty Bot and more... there will be live music plus special raffle prizes.
All proceeds from this event stay local and benefit the Family Support Programs run by the Arc of Butte County.
"There is a critical need to expand Arc's programs," explains Michael McGinnis, Arc's Executive Director, "Day to day life, with its frequent demands can be stressful for each of us. However, these everyday stresses greatly increase when a family is faced with the demands and extraordinary challenges of parenting an individual with special needs."
