All are invited to join the Arc of Butte County in celebration of our new Oroville Facility "The Arc Emporium" at the official Ribbon Cutting!
Thursday April 17th @ 5:30-7pm
Come celebrate with us! There will finger-foods, wine, free samples of coffee & smoothies from the ARCoffee Connection plus a wonderful door prize!
Located at 2745 Oro Dam Blvd, the 10,000 sq. ft. site houses Arc Programs for local developmentally disabled clients, a large thrift/antique store and the "ARCoffee Connection".
"There is a great need in the Oroville area for our services." explains Michael McGinnis, Arc Executive Director, "The new satellite office will offer a wide variety of services just as we have had in Chico for over 50 years. We are pleased that the new facility is finally a reality."
Proceeds from these retail endeavors stay local and help fund our Family Support Programs.
Since 1953, the Arc of Butte County has been devoted to the establishment of community-based services for local people with developmental disabilities and their families.
The Arc is committed to securing for all people with developmental disabilities the opportunity to realize their goals of where and how they learn, live, work, and play. The Arc is a public benefit organization helping to serve these needs in Butte, Glenn, and Tehama Counties. www.arcbutte.org |
