NEW! 4) Art At The Church Success, NL
We had a thank you for putting this Call for Artists in our Members News!  Craft Council Member, Jackie Alcock had this to say...

"Thank you for putting out the call for artists for the Art At The Church. I am pleased to announce that the Art At The Church 2010 was an overwhelming success.  This year we had 31 artists take part with hopes of besting our 2009 sales of 24 paintings.  I am happy to report that this year, over the four days or 35 hours that the art show was open, we sold 43 pieces of art.

I would like to thank the First United Church who wanted to host a community event so they opened their doors to the artists. This gave rug hookers, sculptures, new and established artists a chance to show their work.

Thank you again for helping make this art show such a success."

If you would like to see a picture of the show just go to Jackie's website at artbyjackiealcock.ca and check out "Art At The Church".
