Congratulations to all athletes who participated in the inaugural Muskoka 5150 and thank you so much for your support over the past weekend. The Muskoka Triathlon - the 5th stop in the Subaru Triathlon Series - was a huge success! Lots of great feedback on our new course was received and we appreciate the comments! A HUGE thank you to all volunteers for going above and beyond this weekend! The volunteer contributions are what make our event run smoothly. The athletes and volunteers are the heart and soul of this inaugural event and we hope you know how much we appreciate your attendance.
Thank you to TriMuskoka for all of your support! All athletes LOVED their transition mats courtesy of TriMuskoka and their generosity was greatly appreciated! TriMuskoka will also like to send out an athlete survey that will be sent later this week. All athletes who fill out the survey will have the chance to win some fantastic prizes! Stay Tuned.

Congratulations to our 2012 Race Winners!
Winning our inaugural 5150 Triathlon was Csaba Kuttor with an impressive time of 1:56:41! In the woman's race our winner was Alicia Kaye 2:07:13! In the 5150 Duathlon our overall men and women's winners were Daniel Valade and Kim Grant. Well done! Our 5150 Swim Bike winners for the weekend were Robert Crate and Christina Meynell. Winning our 5150 Relay race were the KICKS 159! Congratulations!
Our overall Sprint Triathlon winner was Jackson Laundry with a time of 1:06:58! The overall women's winner was Laura Sardone with a time of 1:20:02! Well done! In this weekend's Sprint Duathlon Jonathan Thomas took home first overall with Madeline Woods taking home first for the women! Our Sprint Swim Bike Winners were Danny Nashman and Amanda Mackie! The overall winning relay team was Tri as we Might! Congratulations!

Lost Wetsuit

One of our athletes Jessica Vane has lost her wetsuit this  past weekend. Jessica participated in the Sprint Triathlon in the Female 30-34 category. It is possible that someone accidentally picked it up from the rack. It is a women's Nineteen Frequency with the name Jessica Vane on the tag.

Thank you to Polar for their prize contribution! Matthieu Herbert and Annie Claude-Gaudet were our top amateur male and female athletes in the 5150 Triathlon and each recieved a Polay RCX5 with GPS valued at $530! Thank-You Polar! Congratulations!
