Fixed Issues:

• Formatted the "Observes_English" field so it displays as Yes/No.
• The reference number on a cash receipt is validated before you can move on.
• Fixed error that would prevent the pay in full flag from getting checked on a cash receipt.
• Fixed problem that would not let you edit the reference number after the "Post Payment" button lit up when entering a cash receipt.
• If a badly formatted zip code or phone number is in the database it will now cause an error when viewed, instead of being ignored and blanked out by Chaver-ware.
• Program detects monthly intervals when sending a list of Yahrzeit observances to Word.
• Fixed problem where level 2 and 3 plain inactive categories would be displayed regardless of the menu setting.
• Tagged family checkbox on report screen is more legible.
• Fixed tab order on tribute editing screen.
• Fixed formatting of Bar/Bat Mitzvah time on quick reports.
• Fixed "Summary Absentee Report" to have totals properly display at the end of each child.
• Stopped problem that would occur if you tried to create a new family with a family ID that contained and apostrophe character.
• Fixed error that would happen when viewing a quick report from a query with the "Payment_Note" field selected.
• Fixed problem that would not display the fiscal year from QuickBooks properly.
• A user that doesn't have rights to delete Yahrzeit observances can now add observances from the member screen.
• Fixed error that would occur when opening the credit card settle screen.
  Voiding a processed credit card no longer fills in the deposit ID in the reversing entry.
• Assigning numbers when running receipts reports is now considerably faster.
  When creating a $0.00 invoice, the pay in full flag is now set.
  Fixed problem that would clear an individual's previous category assignment when their seating information was viewed.
• Next English Observance date for 3/1/2007 no longer comes up as 2/29/2008.
• Chaver-ware now stops you if you try to add a sub-category to an inactive category.
•  "Billing information Summarized by Family by Category" report now has a new net column (Billed with adjustments). Also two inviso-text columns have been added for Adult1 and Adult2 fields. These are visible by exporting the report and highlighting, or changing the text to black in Excel.
• Yahrzeit observance options now save properly for leap year dates.
• Deleting an invoice with adjustments while on a cash basis no longer creates orphaned reversing adjustment records. If any old ones exist the user is notified during the update process to call technical support and run a utility to fix them.
• Fixed error that would occur when calculating the next observance date of some Yahrzeits that were set to observe on the English date.
• Next English Observance date for 2/29/2004 comes up as 2/29 on leap years and 3/1 on non-leap years.
• Fixed problem where some reports would only display only part of a refund transaction.
• Updating other member's emergency contact information now warns that relationships will have to be entered manually.
