DOC2008

2009-2010 Day of Caring

The 2009 Day of Caring is behind us; but it included nearly 2,000 people and accomplished a reported 105 community projects throughout five local communities. In only its third year, our Day of Caring has grown to become a signature event in several of the communities we serve and promises to be one of the largest community involvement events of the year.

The true purpose of the Day of Caring is to launch our official campaign season. The campaign is now well under way. Many companies have begun their internal campaigns and many more are still planning theirs. The campaign season runs from now through the end of the year. When asked, please consider making a pledge to our community by being a United Way contributor for the calendar year 2010. You may also make a one time donation from this website by clicking on the Donate Button on our home page.

To view our Day of Caring Photo Albums, please visit our website and click on the Latest News section.

(or visit the Day of Caring page under the Events link at the top.)

Thank You to all our Day of Caring Volunteers and Sponsors!
