Oh my!  Things have been very busy for the RTB team this Spring!  We have really enjoyed the busyness, but will admit we are looking forward to the warmer days to sit on the deck in the bright sunshine.  Those moments of pure peace and relaxation are vital to our emotional and physcial well being.  

We feel so fortunate to work with increndibly amazing clients.  These clients have also realized the importance of calming the chaos at home or work.  We look forward to joining them on the deck too!

Before:  Living  Room felt sparse and uninviting to buyers.  Focus was on TV instead of the fabulous fireplace and incredibly private and beautiful backyard (not pictured).

AFTER:  We reposistioned the furniture, move the grand piano from the dining room to where it actually belonged, and created focus on the fireplace AND to the awesome outdoor view!

Before:  Dining Room featured a much too large grand piano that made it hard for buyer's t to visualize an actual eating space.

You want to sell your home quickly and at the best price possible, right?  No one, seller or buyer, wants to haggle over carpet, paint, miscellaneous repairs, or any other issues.   Staging your home will take care of these areas prior to an agent or prospective buyer viewing.

Houses that sit on the market usually get lower offers because buyers think something is wrong with the home.   Chances are there is nothing wrong with the home other than poor appearances.  A house that can make a great first impression that the potentional buyer takes away with them will sell for an average of 6.9 to 10% over the listing price.

Statistically homes that have been staged prior to its sale spend 50% less days on the market.  The average non-staged home will spend approximately 42 days on the market versus only 21 days for a staged home.

15 seconds...that is all you get to make that lasting first impression.  Entice your buyers to come in, not drive on by.  A home stager will not only help prepare the interior of your home, but also the exterior.  Prospective buyers need to envision this home as their own.
