"Jessica, It was wonderful to hear from you and know that you "checked us out". We tried very hard to make all of your suggestions work.
We had a contract on the property after the first showing a day after it was on the market!
Rich and I enjoyed our walk through with you and were so impressed with the suggestions and recommendations that we would like you to come sometime to our "new" home and help to organize and get the most out of our home. This is such an exciting AND stressful time in our lives.
Thank you so much for helping us and aiding in our home sale."
With much appreciation, Jolene and Rich Tyrone, PA |
| For Your Sellers |
Too often do we see sellers going the wrong way, only to end up redoing things and paying more than necessary. It's also never too early to start thinking and planning for future sale. We also see sellers wait too long before preparing for sale and this is incredibly overwhelming for them.
Encourage your sellers to start sooner rather than later...selling and moving doesn't have to be a stressful and frustrating process for them. |

Greetings!
Don't wait to stage! I still see so many homes on the market that are sitting and becoming stale because they have not been professionally staged, so they don't show well online or in person. You do not want to enter into the fall holiday season with your home still for sale!
Here are a few things to consider... - 90% if Home Buyers are online FIRST before visiting the home
- Online listings with more than 20 photos sell twice as fast and get 12 times more clicks
Professional staging transforms each room on the inside of the home, so that your outside listing presentation and marketing brings buyers in the home. Staging is not rocket science but pure economics - Improve upon a product and the demand thus price increases!
Happy Staging and Selling, Paige Gorman Stagin' Paige P.S. It would be wonderful if wanted to work with Kelly or Paige soon! They can be reached at 814.360.1063. |
| Create Curb Appeal With Easy Home Projects | |
Whether you are selling your home and just want the best price, or you want to be the envy of the neighborhood, creating curb appeal can be very rewarding. And you're confident you know what constitutes great curb appeal-siding, windows, doors, and a lawn that are all in good shape. But is that all you have to think about when it comes to curb appeal? Nope. Driveways and sidewalks are the entryways to the home, if they are in great shape, you've got a strong first impression. If they aren't, you've said a lot about the quality of the home. Unfortunately, driveways are often overlooked, spoiling an otherwise manicured landscape. Unless the drive is severely cracked, crumbling or poses a safety hazard, there's no need to spend thousands removing or replacing it. There are easier ways to makeover a tired driveway and boost the curb appeal of a home.
Don't let problems go unaddressed until it's too late. Old pavement left untreated will crack and crumble, becoming expensive to repair. But a new coat of sealer can restore it to like-new beauty.
Showcase Your Home At Night
Low voltage or solar landscape lighting can create a softly lit path to border the driveway. In addition to creating a pretty landscaping effect, the lighting can improve visibility.
Make Walkways More Welcome
Stains on sidewalks and entries from dirt, mold, tree sap, and other outdoor invaders create an unattractive first impression. Clean the walk with an outdoor cleaner and power washer.
Add Greenery to Your Scenery
Instead of having to keep the edge of the lawn trimeed against the driveway, create a "buffer" strip with a decorative rock garden or plant flowers along the path to creat eand inviting drive up to the home. If the drive is shared with neighbors, plant shrubs and flowers between them to create a small privacy wall.
Border on Amazing
Edge the driveway with pavers in colors complementary to the home and pavement. Use pavers in different shapes and sizes to create an interesting focal point and frame the driveway.
Without a warm welcome, buyers may just keep walking. This will ensure a lost sale. Invite them in to hang out a while and watch the offer pour in. |
