Keep It Simple Solutions

Lips

Do you often hear yourself saying that you wish things could be simpler?  Do you swear that if you miss one more appointment or one more thing falls on your head when you open the closet doors you're going to scream?

What keeps you from do something about it?  I know, I know...it seems as if there just isn't enough time in the day or whatever other excuse you can think up.  Would you believe me if I said there was a very easy solution?

Keeping things simple makes life so much easier to manage.  The less stuff to deal with means the less stuff to find a place for, to clean, to store, and to maintain.  Who doesn't like simple solutions for day to day frustrations?

Try these steps and be on your way to keepin' it simple:
  1. Reduce the clutter in your life. If you haven't used it in a year or more, let it go!  Sell it, donate it or toss it.
  2. Run all your errands in groups by location.  Avoid the wasted time and gas running all over town.
  3.  Purchase all matching hangers. And for pete's sake, throw out or recycle those annoying and useless wire hangers.
  4. Do what you really want to do.
  5. Celebrate the small things.
  6. Build a simple wardrobe.  Make everything interchangeable, including shoes and accessories.
  7. Stop the junk mail and magazine subscriptions.
  8. Don't answer the phone just because it's ringing.
  9. Get out of debt.  And then only pay cash for what you can afford.  Say no to credit cards.
  10. Review your life regularily to keep it simple!
