Stress Free Holiday Season |

Try these tips to start organizing for the holidays: * Input your Christmas card list into your computer so you can simply print off address labels. Handwriting addresses is nice, but if you're time crunched don't feel badly about using pre-printed labels.
* Complete cards efficiently. Write your return address on each envelope (or use pre-printed address label), then address each one, then stamp each one. Finally, write notes and sign cards. Mail as completed. * Start a holiday binder. Fill it with menus, party, receipts, gift and decorating ideas. Keep everything in one location and you won't spend time looking for misplaced items. * Keep a basket of mail order catalogs, a pen and sticky notes in your home. Mark ideas as you look through catalogs. * Stock up on extra gifts so you won't be caught without.
* Store holiday dishes and cookbooks with decorations. * Get some help. Hire a local teen to help you wrap gifts and address envelopes. * Set deadlines for yourself. Order mail order gifts by November 15th. Finish shopping by end November. Complete cards by December 3rd. Finish gift wrapping by December 10th. You get the picture. * Fix the "what do I wear to the holiday party" problem. Find a perfect, classic black dress or pantsuit that you can wear for years. Simply change jewelry, scarves, belts, shoes, and other accessories for a new look each time. Take a moment now to share the gift of time! Forward this e-newsletter to friends, family and coworkers.
