What is simple staging? Simple staging is where a realtor or seller allows the stager and/or staging company to take care of everything! How much simpler could it be?
We've been doing staging for quite some time now and have learned that preparing a house for sale is usually very overwhelming for sellers.
A seller may spend 2 months making phone calls, getting estimates, packing, cleaning, rearranging furniture, and countless other activities that go into getting ready to hit the market.
A stager can often accomplish the same tasks, at the very least, in 50% of that time. Sure you pay a little more to use the staging service, but just think about what you have ultimately saved.
