Home Sales for the Holidays! |

Give the gift of a holiday home sale to yourself  and your sellers!
Please follow the do's and don'ts below for a very merry and prosperous holiday season!
Do display a live, festive holiday wreath on your front door, but be very careful not to over do it.
Don't put inflatable yard decorations in the yard.
Do put up only one Christmas tree.
Don't get a tree too large for the space. You still want the room to look spacious.
Do use clear or white lights on trees and bushes or simple clear or white candles in the windows.
Don't attach lights to home (don't want to draw attraction to damage done to exterior) or use colored or blinking lights.
Do decorate your mantel with garland and simple stockings.
Don't leave too many gifts under the tree. It can look too cluttered and you don't want to encourage theft.
Do keep driveways, walkways, porches and decks free of ice and snow.
Don't leave shovels and bags of salt lying around outside. You want to give the image of low upkeep and an easy to maintain property.
