5 Quick Sale Tips-Exterior
  1. Curb Appeal.  A buyer is going to make a decision in 15 seconds.  The clock starts at pulling up to the house. 
  2. Where o' where?  You know there's a house in there somewhere.  Trim branches, bushes and clear clutter so all views and walkways are clear.
  3. Doorway to the heart.  Paint the front door a happy color and get the emotions flowing.  Yellow-gold(amber), red (blue-based), sage, apple, or forest green are great for attracting the eye and creating happy feelings.
  4.  The 3 R's.  Repaint, Repair, Replace anything outdated, broken, worn or unsafe.

  5. Light up my life.  Make sure all areas are well lit.  Turn on all outside and inside  lights.  This is especially important for night time or gloomy day showings.
