Greetings!
Although it may not feel like it, spring really is just around the corner. I'm sure you're looking forward to warmer temperatures, but how about some guilt-free time in the fresh spring sunshine? If the thought of gleefully running through the daisies is something you want to do, but think you would just never have the time then something is seriously wrong.
You deserve to have time for yourself, you really, really do! What's stopping you?

| Is there "spring" in your step? |

There should be! See the photo located to the right of this text? Each and every one of you should experience this sense of freedom, peace, and exhilaration. Not to mention that you should do so without feeling guilty. So many of us need to regain a sense of a balanced and organized life.
If your steps have become burdened with a seemingly never ending To Do list, a constant search for lost items or paperwork, late or missed appointments, kids toys everywhere you look and a feeling that something is missing in life, it's time for a renewal!
The season of change is upon us bringing with it new growth and an oppurtunity for a fresh start.
Right now is your chance to:
Decrease stress
Now get out there and skip on down the sidewalk with some new found "spring" in your step!

Helping You Help Yourself
Before:
ü Have all the supplies you will need (cleansers, rags, bags, boxes) on hand.
ü Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
ü Prepare a 'To Do' list of what you want to tackle in each room. Cross items off as you complete them. What a great feeling!
ü Open all the windows and let the sweet spring air flow through!
ü Turn OFF the TV, cell phone, phone, and computer! Turn ON the music and prepare to start cleaning!
During:
ü Finish every room you start.
ü Toss or donate everything you don't use. Less clutter will allow you to feel relaxed and less stressed.
ü Focus on one area at time, keep moving in one direction only, do not waste time running all over the place.
ü Remember that old magazines and newspapers can all be recycled.
ü Remove curtains, blinds, shower curtains, etc for laundering. Try hanging these items outside to bring the fresh scent inside!
After:
ü Rearrange furniture to give your rooms a new look and feel. You could also try moving decorations from room to room for the same effect.
ü Put back only what is truly utilized. There's no use cluttering your flat working surfaces with unused items.
You'll be out enjoying the sunshine in no time!
