Beautiful Creatures monoprint collage

Below is a banner that was inspired by the "Beautiful Creatures" above. It is a mixed media piece that is collaged and painted on canvas. I have strung milagros and sewn waxed linen thread on it. I planned to put it on the Peace Fence here in Ashland but I became attached to it and decided to keep it for my show at Hanson Howard Gallery opening in September.
I am busy getting ready for my daughter's wedding next month. I have a lot going on right now in my life and work. I will have a schedule of classes for the fall by July. I will be at the Ashland Print Fair (see below) May 31st along with many professional and student printmakers. There will be demonstrations and I would be happy to see you there and talk to you about monoprinting. There will also be prints for sale.
There is much that I have to talk about but I will save it for another Monthly Musing. I hope you are all well, content, and happily doing art.
