This past month I have spent a lot of time going
through my old journals and old dreams. I
began with 1977 and made it to
2001. I had a ceremonial burning and letting
go of the stuff I didn't want to keep. I
noticed themes in my dreaming. Over the
years animals came and went and came back again.
I was surprised by my
compassion toward myself in how I processed
my concerns and struggles through the years.
Reading the journals gave me a good perspective
of my life as it was then bringing me to now.
It felt great to let
go of those writings that were full of angst
and no longer useful. A great release. I
recommend it.
I was able to do some
printing and this is a new image below. No
title yet. I had a full workshop in January.
It continues to be a wonderful experience
for me and for the students as well. It is
necessary to raise
my price for the 4 day class due to the cost
and quantity of the materials we use.
$375.00 for 4 days. Still a bargain I
think. I have space available in my March
23rd - 26th class and the April 14th - 15th
& 21st - 22nd class (2 weekends) Check my web
site for more
details.

I have a few thoughts about dreams and dream
work.
Don’t dismiss the information you
get in dreams. These dream images, ideas, and
thoughts are ways that your heart and soul as
well as your subconscious are trying to
communicate with you. I believe there is
important information for
you even if it’s a scary dream. Try to honor
this
information. When you honor your
dream, by writing it down, sharing it, or
drawing it, you build a trust with that
source. You
encourage and allow the connection to
stay open and the information to continue.
Dreams can reveal what we love and desire,
what we want to know, what we need to know,
and what we fear. Ask for help from
your dreams. You can even ask for another
dream to clarify a dream or dream image that
is confusing. Often when you dream of something
scary your dreaming mind is trying to
reveal to you something that needs your
attention now
and should not be ignored. It may be
something minor or major but for what ever
reason some part of you knows you need to
deal with it. Trust your
dreams.
Recently before I went to sleep
I asked for help with a conflict I
was having. In my
dream I was watching a ceremony. A holy
woman stopped in front of me and said there
are three important things for you to
remember:
Stay in your heart and take action
from here
Remember who you really are
Trust your instincts
I think the three important things are worth
sharing and remembering.
Thanks for reading and listening.
Until
next time, Denise
