Arts in the Park, an annual multicultural arts festival for children and families presented by United South End Settlements, is just around the corner! Join us on AUGUST 21st from 10am-1pm in TITUS SPARROW PARK in the South End for a morning full of FREE art activities, performances by Martin Case and Puppet Showplace Theater, free sno-cones and snacks, and more! Arts in the Park is the "grand finale" of Sparrow Park's summer concert series for children, and is a great opportunity for the Children's Art Centre to showcase our many community partners while providing a day of quality, accessible arts programming for our entire community to enjoy. We simply can not believe that summer is half over. Our Summer Arts Program has breezed by in a wonderful whirlwind of paint and portfolios, field trips and exploration, collaboration and creative learning. Below is a short summary of our summer thus far. Limited slots are available in this unique and engaging program for children 4.5-12.
