Dear , Happy Thanksgiving from the Clark Family! We are grateful for each day and we are looking forward to a meaningful Advent and Christmas season. It's a little busier than usual for this time of year but I won't read anything into it because the politicians are doing their best to put us all out of business. I survived our camping trip aboard the USS Yorktown and am looking forward to our Scout sleepover at the Atlanta Aquarium in January.

November Market Update and MLS Data
The fourth quarter got off to a slower start as the number of transactions was down from October 2010. I still expect the year to end with the same level of activity as last year. JD and I have a small wager and I think at this point either of us could win. If I win I think it's a trip to the Bahamas, but if JD wins I think it was lunch at Arbys.

It's been a number of years since I managed any agents other than a personal assistant, but I think it's time to take advantage of the environment the downturn has created. The Buyer's Broker will be expanding locally as well as in markets around the state. I've hired Gene Donohue to help me grow the company and we'll be working as a team to increase our presence in the Upstate first and then other markets after the first of the year.
The Buyer's Broker of Hilton Head is live and Spartanburg and Anderson are coming soon. We'll keep our same "Commitment to the Client and Passion for the Process" we'll just make it available to a wider geographical region! I'll keep you posted. |

Our new Advanced Home Search Engine is live. It's not branded with our web site marketing but the data feed is live. The interface is more complicated but it allows you to search with more criteria which yields better results. Give it a try and see what's on the market in your neighborhood. |
