 Dear , It's going to be a very interesting year. We've already had our first Scout camp out at Camp Old Indian and I think we're scheduled for a sleep over aboard the USS Yorktown in Charleston during November. I'm loving it and it's keeping me young! Bennett began taking Tae Kwon Do lessons in September and I had the strange desire to start taking lessons myself this week. (Just kidding) I'll stick to the fairways and the treadmill when I can make it up the stairs.

October Market Update and MLS Data
Third quarter showed a significant increase in sold activity compared to 2010 and inventory is at it's lowest level in three years. We should finish the year with a small increase in the number of transactions which would be really good news except the uncertainty in Washington and the economy continues to pent up demand.

Now Testing for Radon is Easy
I haven't seen radon but twice in my 23 years until 2009 and 2010. The inconvenience and challenge of testing recently motivated me to purchase my own equipment so I can obtain preliminary readings before we make an offer on a home.
