Al Hughes
I've known Al Hughes for more than 20 years and I have never been disappointed in a job he did for me or one of my Clients.

Greetings! I've enjoyed helping you analyze, diagnose, and coordinate your home maintenance during the past two months and look forward to increasing the amount of time I devote to this project as well as improving my approach as we go forward. I've been asked several times why I'm doing this since I don't receive any compensation or referral fees from you or the service providers. The answer lies in my business model... I haven't advertised in any medium for more than 10 years because I rely on my clients to be advocates of my business in their offices and their circle of friends. I hope the added value of my efforts will make you refer me more often when a friend or someone in your office is thinking about buying a home.

This month's Market Update reflects a return to numbers that are below 2009. Demand continues to be soft and buyers are very hesitant to make a commitment. The "Cumulative MLS Statistics" below open as a .pdf file and provide a snapshot of local market conditions compared with previous years. I hope you enjoy the newsletter and I hope you will forward it to your colleagues  and friends who may be considering buying a home in the near future. If you have any questions or would like to discuss market conditions in more detail please don't hesitate to call my cell. All my best, Keith (420-0262)

September Market ClickLocal Market Conditions The tax credit is over and it appears that demand has slipped back to a little below 2009 numbers. Click on the image to the right and review our September e-zine on the local market and click on the links below to review August MLS statistics.

Freddie Mac today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey. While the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rate and the 5-year adjustable rose slightly, other rates remained flat or fell lower. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.35 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending September 9, 2010, up from last week when it averaged 4.32 percent. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 5.07 percent. 15-year FRM this week averaged a record low of 3.83 percent with an average 0.6 point, unchanged from last week when it also averaged 3.83 percent. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 4.50 percent. Click Here to Read More and Call JD Nelson at First Palmetto Mortgage to take advantage of the rates.
