Greetings! I've enjoyed helping you analyze, diagnose, and coordinate your home maintenance during the past two months and look forward to increasing the amount of time I devote to this project as well as improving my approach as we go forward. I've been asked several times why I'm doing this since I don't receive any compensation or referral fees from you or the service providers. The answer lies in my business model... I haven't advertised in any medium for more than 10 years because I rely on my clients to be advocates of my business in their offices and their circle of friends. I hope the added value of my efforts will make you refer me more often when a friend or someone in your office is thinking about buying a home.
