We are making a difference by teaming up to participate in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life.  Saving lives from cancer starts one team, one participant, and one dollar at a time.

At the Relay For Life event, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

Please support our efforts to fight cancer by joining our team or making a donation. The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone! Join the Yipee team or donate today!

Matthew Butler is the manager of Xceed Financial Credit Union's Mountain View Financial Center, where he is responsible for all of the Financial Center's operations, including supervising 5 full-time associates. Xceed is a workplace credit union, which means that to become a member, a person has to work for a company that offers Xceed membership as an employee benefit, or be associated with an organization that offers Xceed membership to its supporters. I was invited for a tour of
Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley a few weeks ago. Okay, I might have invited myself, but they were very nice and agreed. Did you know that they've making little tiny robots and creating mobile madness in Mountain View since 2002? Their 10th anniversary is June 9th and they're planning a big celebration. Here's a link to some videos and the info session. Read more about Carnegie Mellon here

Microsoft that reveal the cloud not only is reducing costs for local businesses but also is generating
millions of new jobs in communities all around the globe... read more
Overnight Caltrain Operational Impacts

Over the next six weeks, there will be a temporary increase in overnight activity along the Caltrain corridor.  Caltrain's new contract-operator, TASI, will be "qualifying" several Federal Railroad Administration-certified engineers, for revenue service operations.

Experienced, FRA-certified engineers go through a qualification process to familiarize themselves with the Caltrain Right-of-Way and operations.  Caltrain's corridor contains physical and geographic characteristics that are unique to our system.  With more than 40 at-grade crossings between San Francisco and San Jose, it's critical that... read more

Click it or Ticket!

May is National Click it or Ticket month and the California Office of Traffic Safety would like to remind you of the importance of buckling up when you hit the road. Taking a couple of seconds to buckle your seat belt will not only save you the trouble and hassle of a ticket and the fine that comes along with it, but more importantly, it could save your life and the lives of your loved ones. Seat belts account for saving more lives than any other countermeasure... read more
